IM=X® Pilates & Fitness offers pilates reinvented, re-choreographed, and reconstructed to include other physical disciplines. IM=X® updates concepts and practices to reflect the newest research on fitness, cardiovascular training and spine stabilization; and thus is truly the next evolution of pilates fitness workouts.

Studio Policies:

  • Grip socks are required for your safety. We will have them to purchase if you should forget or just want a new pair.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before start of class. We have plenty of seating and a spot to place your shoes. Spend this time making friends and getting ready for much needed YOU time!
  • Late arrivals will be allowed to participate in class up to 5 minutes after class begins. Please enter quietly and we will assist you if you should need any help.
  • Please wash hands or use hand sanitizer upon arrival. Your safety and well-being is important to us.
  • Masks are optional.
  • Please do not come to class if you have a cold or flu like symptoms. Take time to rest and get better! Let’s keep everyone safe and healthy.
  • Please leave all personal belongings in the car or at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Cell phones are permitted as long as they are silenced and kept with you during your class. We all spend our days plugged in, but we would love for you to take an hour and focus just on YOU! 
  • Stay HYDRATED! We will have a water station for you to fill up! Please do not bring glass water bottles to class. We will have reusable water bottles to purchase if you should forget to bring one. 
  • Please wipe down all equipment used during your class with the provided disinfectant and set your equipment the way you found it at the beginning of the class. This will help the next client.
  • Please feel free to bring your own ring, handles, foot loops, or mat. We will, however, have everything you will need to have an amazing workout!
  • We will show up 100% for you, every class, every day, so please let us know if there is anything at all we can help you with to achieve your goals.
  • Be kind and supportive of your fellow classmates. Remember The Golden Rule!

Late cancel and no-show policy:

  • You must cancel at least 12 hours prior to class time schedule. If you fail to cancel on time or no show, a $15.00 fee will automatically be charged to the credit card provided. Please remove yourself from class via your MindBody account or reach out to us via email or phone. 
  • You can schedule your session up to 30 minutes before the start of class through your MindBody online account from our website or your MindBody app.
  • Should you need to cancel a private session, we ask for 24-hour notice or the session will be deducted from your account. 
  • Our instructors are here to help you get the most out of your membership and workouts. If you have any questions about how to modify/intensify any exercise, PLEASE ASK! We encourage you to take advantage of our private sessions in addition to group sessions to get the most out of your membership.
